1. Add water, flour and sugar to make dough for half an hour.

3. Knead the dough evenly, sprinkle corn flour on the chopping board, roll the dough into large pieces, and cut into strips of uniform thickness. (The purpose of corn flour is to prevent the dough from sticking to the chopping board, and you can also brush it with oil)

4. Add oil to the pan, heat it up, add minced meat, fry, add ginger, scallion, garlic, add appropriate amount of chili powder, stir fry.

5. Add diced cucumber. Add soy sauce (a little light soy sauce and a little dark soy sauce), pepper powder, stir-fry, and add a little water (it’s better to add broth).

6. Mix salt, starch, soy sauce and water and set aside.

7. After the cucumber is cooked, add the prepared juice, stir-fry, add a little MSG after boiling, and then add vinegar.

8. Boil water in a pot, slowly stretch the noodles and put them into the pot.

9. Put the cooked noodles into a bowl, pour the fried mixed sauce on them and sprinkle with coriander.
