8. Roll the dough and make dumplings. Place in the steamer and cover with gauze to prevent sticking. I steamed it in a rice cooker, with cold water, for 25 minutes, then turned off the power. Don't open the pot immediately, wait 2 minutes before uncovering it.

9. The steamed buns are very big. It’s my first time making them. The appearance is a bit bad, but the taste is good. There is very little juice. I will continue to improve it next time.
