How to make sesame candy biscuits

1. Mix 100g flour, 15g egg liquid, 3g refined salt, 15g lard and 45g water evenly and knead into water-oil dough; mix 80g flour and 50g lard into oil dough.

2. Divide the two doughs into 20 equal portions and knead the oil dough into a round shape as much as possible.

3. Wrap the oil noodles one by one in the water-oil noodles with the closed side facing downwards.

4. Flatten the wrapped small dough, roll it into an oval shape along the up and down directions, and roll it up from one end to the other.

5. Flatten the rolled dough pieces one by one, roll them into longer strips along the up and down direction again, and then roll them up from one end to the other into small cylindrical shapes.

6. Flatten it into a dough in a cylindrical direction, wrap it with appropriate amount of sesame candy filling, pinch it tightly like making dumplings, close the top downwards, press it into a small pancake shape, place it on a baking tray, brush it with egg liquid, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or coarse sugar.

7. Heat the upper and lower tubes in the middle layer of the oven to 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
