7. Put it in the curtain and wait for the water in the pot to boil

8. Pour the raw dumplings into the boiling water. After it boils twice, add a little cold water. When it boils again, press the dumplings with your hands until the skin is puffy and the crust is loose. Then take them out.

9. Arrange on a plate and prepare dipping sauce: mashed garlic, oyster sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar
