7. Add lemon juice to egg whites, beat into rough foam and add sugar.

8. Add sugar in batches and beat into wet foam.

9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees

10. Add 1/3 of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix well.

11. Pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining 2/3 egg whites and mix well.

12. Wrap the outside of the mold with tin foil, slowly pour the mixed cake batter into the mold, and gently shake it a few times.

13. Add water to the baking tray, put in the cake mold, and bake at 170 degrees for 90 minutes.

14. When the time is up, take the cake out of the oven, shake it a few times, turn it upside down, and let it cool completely before removing it from the mold.
