8. Cut into thin slices.

9.Roll up the dough.

10. Cut into small pieces.

11. Cover with lid and let the dough ferment for the second time until it becomes bigger and lighter.

12. Put the pot on the stove with cold water, and simmer for about 10 minutes after the water boils (the specific time depends on the size of the dough), then turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes. Do not open the lid midway.
