How to make celery with ginger sauce

1.1 It is best to make the brine peanuts the night before so that the peanuts can be more flavorful. Put the washed peanuts into a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and a star anise and cook for 15 minutes. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator (the water used to boil the peanuts cannot be poured out and kept together), and take it out when needed.

2.2 Required raw materials: celery, ginger, brine peanuts

3. Wash the celery and cut it into small pieces with a slanting knife (the celery cut with a slanting knife has a larger cross-section and is easier to taste), and mince the ginger.

4. Take a small bowl of seasoning sauce, minced ginger, 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 3 spoons of aged vinegar, 1 spoon of sesame oil, a little salt and chicken essence.

5. Now start blanching the celery. After the water in the pot boils, put the celery in and cook for 2-3 minutes before removing from the pot.

6. Mix the celery, the prepared sauce and the braised peanuts (discard the water from the braised peanuts) and serve.
