12. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes until the soup thickens.

13. Boil water in another pot, add oil and salt after the water boils, and blanch the broccoli, carrots and enoki mushrooms.

14. Take out and rinse with cold water.

15. Put the noodles into the pot and cook.

16. Remove from the cold water.

17. Then scoop out the noodles and put them into a bowl.

18. Place broccoli, enoki mushrooms, and carrots on top, and pour the cooked beef tendon soup over it.
