Salmon and Asparagus Pasta Recipe

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? 1. Put the pasta in the pot and cook for 8 minutes. Take it out and rinse it with cold water. When cooking pasta, be sure to add salt to the water. Remember, this is the only way to make the pasta taste good.

2. Use the remaining water from cooking the pasta to blanch the asparagus and mince garlic as needed.

3. Cut a small piece of butter and put it in the pot. (I like to use salted butter)

4. Add a small amount of salt. If you are not afraid of growing fat, you can add some Nestle whipping cream to make it taste better. Then put the pasta and asparagus into the pot and cook. Just cook for a while. To make the milk thicker, sprinkle a small amount of flour. Stir while sprinkling. Then turn off the heat.

5. Sprinkle with your favorite cheese. Remember, this is not the kind of mozzarella you can pull apart for pizza. But this parmesan has a stronger aroma

6. Before serving, sprinkle some spices: oregano and chopped coriander.

7. Then you can take it out of the pot. After the heat has slightly dissipated in the plate, add the smoked salmon slices you bought and mix well. Remember to add it only when the noodles are not too hot. Otherwise, the Midea smoked salmon will be cooked through.
