How to cook tomato, cabbage and tofu

The importance of diet to people is self-evident. No one should be careless about it. If possible, it is healthier to cook at home. The method of stewing tomatoes, cabbage and tofu is very simple. Friends who want to be healthy but don’t have good cooking skills may wish to learn it.

1. Cut the tofu into 5mm thick slices

2. Cut tomatoes into pieces

3. Wash the cabbage and slice it diagonally

4. Slice the green onion, cut the dried chili into sections, and cut the ginger into shreds

5. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and sauté onions, ginger and dried chilies.

6. Pour in the tofu and fry over medium heat for a while

7. Pour in tomatoes and stir fry for a few times

8. Add the chopped cabbage, salt, sugar and soy sauce and stir fry

9. Add a bowl of water and bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes

10. Turn off the heat when the soup is reduced to one third.
