9. Then divide it into 10 portions, each portion is 20 grams. Because I want to make a 50g mooncake mold, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for a while.

10. Soak the bean paste in water the night before, cook it in a pressure cooker, then put it in a blender and beat it into this shape.

11. Add oil and sugar and stir-fry in the pan until dry.

12. Divide the bean paste into ten equal portions. Each portion is 30 grams.

13. The relaxation time is almost up. Take a piece of skin and flatten it, making it thick in the middle and thin at the edges.

21. The next day, about 15 hours later, it had become soft and oily. I couldn't wait to open it and eat it. It smelled like syrup. The color will be more beautiful in another day (´-ω-`)

22. Seal and pack, the color will be more beautiful tomorrow. Because the mooncakes are cooked with syrup, they are already very soft.
