7. Make the surface as smooth as possible, especially the middle part should not be high, otherwise the mirror surface will not look good. Refrigerate for 4 hours or more.

8. Add QQ sugar to water and dissolve it. It will dissolve faster in warm water. Then refrigerate for at least an hour.

9. The mirror surface can also be made with gelatin powder.

10. Add 3g gelatin powder to 90g juice, add warm water and stir until the gelatin powder is completely melted, then let it cool slightly and pour into the mold. The following figure is as follows:
