Italian beef meatball pasta recipe

1. Put the noodles into a pot of boiling water. After 5 minutes, add a little salt and a teaspoon of olive oil. This will make the noodles more refreshing.

2. Chop the beef into small pieces, season with a little salt and olive oil, and shape into meatballs with your hands. Be careful to pinch it tightly, otherwise the meatballs will easily fall apart after frying.

5. The timing is just right. When the noodles are cooked, remove them from the pot, blanch them with spring water, drain them, add olive oil and mix well.

6. Place the pasta on a plate, pour the pasta sauce directly on the pasta, place the fried meatballs on a plate, and the fragrant Italian beef meatball pasta is ready!
