Taiwanese spicy braised beef noodles

1. Soak the beef for a while, change the water frequently, and cut it into larger pieces.

6. Add 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 6 crystal sugars, 4 tablespoons of shacha sauce, dried chili peppers, and a little more cold water. This is the soup for beef noodles.

7. Rinse all the seasonings with water, put them in the seasoning box, put them in the pot, boil them over high heat, simmer them over low heat for 2-3 hours, add salt and serve.

8. Boil the eggs until they are 90% cooked, peel them, and put them into the soup pot to cook with the meat until they are colored.
