How to make celery and dried shrimp pan-fried dumplings

11. Move the dough to the chopping board, sprinkle some dry powder and knead it into a smooth dough

12. Keep kneading the dough until there are no obvious holes on the surface of the cross section and expel as much air as possible from the dough. Roll the dough into long strips and cut it into pieces of about 30 grams with a knife.

13. Use your hands to roll the dough into a round shape and flatten it. Hold the edge of the dough with your left hand and roll it. Use a rolling pin with your right hand to roll the dough into a round skin that is thick in the middle and thin around the edges.

14. Put the meat filling in the round skin

15. Use your right thumb and index finger to pinch the edge of the dough and fold it. Turn it with your left hand and fold it counterclockwise with your right hand until it closes and becomes a bun.

16. Add a little oil to the pan, put the raw buns in, leaving some space between them, and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the top of the buns

17. Sprinkle some chopped green onions on the top of the buns and fry over medium-low heat for a few minutes until the bottom is slightly browned.

18. Pour 100ml of water, cover the lid and fry for 7-8 minutes until the water is dry. Open the lid and you can eat.
