How to make dried shrimp, chive and pork buns

Eating out may seem to save you trouble on the surface, but from a health perspective, it is a very bad habit. Caring for your physical and mental health starts with your diet. So learn from me how to make dried shrimp, leek and meat buns.

1. Soak dried shrimps in advance.

2. Wash the chives and drain them.

3. Add all the ingredients to the minced meat and mix well.

4. Add chopped dried shrimps.

5. Add chopped chives.

6. Stir well and set aside.

7. Add yeast dissolved in warm water to the flour. Knead into dough.

8. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment.

9. Let the fermented dough exhaust and let it sit for 10 minutes.

10. Knead the rested dough into strips.

11. Divide into equal small portions.

12. Take a small portion and flatten it.

13. Roll the skin into a thin edge and thick middle skin.

14.Put the filling in the middle of the skin.

15. Wrap it up gently and pinch it tightly to prevent the filling from leaking out.

16. After wrapping everything, let it rise for 10 minutes.

17. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat and place the buns on the steamer cloth.

18. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes, starting from when steam appears in the pot.
