8. Roll up along one side.

9. Cut off the two ends and cut the rest into six equal parts.

10. Shape it slightly and carry out secondary fermentation until it is round. After the water in the steamer boils, steam it on medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
