How to make eight-treasure tofu

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making eight-treasure tofu.

1.Cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Wash the small shrimps and scallops, and soak them in warm water until soft. (Do not pour out the soaking water.)

3. Soak the mushrooms and cut into small dices.

4. Dice the shrimp and fish fillets, and marinate with cooking wine and cornstarch for ten minutes.

5. Rinse the corn, carrots and green beans with water and drain.

6. Chop the green onions into chopped pieces.

7.Blanche the tofu in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

8. Pour out and drain the water

9. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté half of the chopped green onion.

10. Add dried shrimps and scallops and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in chicken broth and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

11. Add shrimp, fish cubes, corn, green beans, carrot cubes and mushroom cubes and continue cooking for about 3 minutes.

12. Pour in tofu, add salt and sugar to season, and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

13. Thicken with starch water.

14. The tofu is tender, smooth, fresh and delicious.
