Material

12 bowls of white rice, some sushi vinegar, a little sugar and salt, 5 sheets of bean curd, 12 slices of seaweed for shaping, 1 slice of cheese for shaping, some carrots for shaping, a little black sesame seeds for shaping, 810 small tomatoes, 810 broccoli, 1 small hot dog, 1214 soda crackers, 250g boneless chicken thighs, some milk, some salt and pepper, 1 sweet potato, some granulated sugar

1After the rice is cooked, add vinegar, salt and sugar while it is still hot. Add these seasonings little by little, testing the taste while mixing until you find the sweetness and saltiness you like. Then let it cool and set aside.

2 Heat the bean curd in water and let it cool. Also prepare the sushi, carrots and cheese slices for shaping (it would be better if you have a shaping mold, which can speed up the production)

3 Fill the bean curd with vinegar rice, or use a mold to press out animal shapes. Then use carrots or cheese slices to make ears and noses, and use seaweed to cut out eyes, whiskers and other shapes. Black sesame seeds are also suitable for small eyes. The red cheeks of the cat in the lower right corner are painted with ketchup.

4. Cut the sweet potato into strips, sprinkle with sugar, preheat the oven to 190 degrees C for 15 minutes, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

5 Soak the chicken in milk to soften the meat, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper for seasoning. After soaking for about 20-30 minutes, sprinkle with crushed soda cracker powder, put it in the oven, preheat at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, and bake for 15-20 minutes

6 Wash the tomatoes and broccoli, blanch the latter and let cool for later use

7. Use the mold to make the hot dog into an octopus, and put on a cute little tomato hat. Pair it with all the side dishes and shaped sushi to create a super cute bento that will make your kids scream!

Japanese rice balls and toasted bread pudding picnic combo

Material

600g of multi-grain rice, 2 slices of salmon, some salt, a little wine, 2 slices of thick toast, 3 eggs, 300cc of milk, some raisins, some fruit, some condensed milk, some chocolate sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar

1 I really like to use multi-grain rice to make rice balls, because it is still delicious after cooling down and it is also healthy~ My Japanese mother-in-law taught me how to cook delicious multi-grain rice. The ratio is one cup of rice and one tablespoon of five-grain rice or sixteen-grain rice. The water is the same as when cooking ordinary white rice. The only difference is that you need to soak the rice in water for more than 30 minutes before cooking (soak it in the water you originally used to cook the rice). Just throw an ice cube in before you start cooking. This way, the rice will be cooked to the right hardness and softness.

2. Rub salt and a little wine on both sides of the salmon, bake it in the oven, take it out, remove the skin and bones, mix it with rice, sprinkle some white sesame seeds, and you can make it into a rice ball. You can also add some soy sauce, Japanese mayonnaise and cheese cream to make it into a paste, then wrap it in a rice ball and sprinkle some sesame salt on the outside, which is also delicious~

3 I will go to the 100-yen store to buy some small tools for packaging rice balls. The rice balls seem to be even more delicious after being packaged!!!

4. Mix three eggs and 300cc of milk evenly. I will add some vanilla sugar (ordinary sugar is also OK). Filter it through a filter several times until it has a denser texture.

5. Grease the baking tray with butter, place the thick slices of toast on the tray, pour the egg liquid on top into the baking tray, and put some blueberries or raisins on top.

Bake at 6180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Put fresh strawberries on top and drizzle with condensed milk and chocolate sauce (you can change the fruit sauces as you like)

7 The combination of banana and blueberry sauce is also very good!
