Precautions

1. Don’t add too much mung bean flour, less than one-third of the total amount of flour, otherwise the viscosity will not be enough.

3. The dough must be soft, with the same hardness as ordinary pancakes, earlobe noodles.

4. When frying, be sure to use a thick-bottomed pan, low heat, and cover the lid. Meat patties take a little longer.

Food precautions

Do not cook mung beans in an iron pot. Mung beans contain elemental tannin, which will produce black tannin iron when it meets iron under high temperature conditions, which will be harmful to the human body after drinking.

Mung beans are cold in nature, so people with yang deficiency, weak spleen and stomach, and diarrhea should eat them with caution. They are generally not suitable for consumption in winter.

It is not advisable to eat mung beans when taking medicine, especially warm tonic medicine, so as not to reduce the efficacy of the medicine.

Mung beans should not be overcooked to avoid the destruction of organic acids and vitamins, which will reduce their heat-clearing and detoxifying effects.
