3. Then roll it for the second time, repeat the last action, relax for 10 minutes, roll the dough into a sheet, fold it three times and roll it thin again, wrap a bean paste filling, close the opening, pinch it and place it downward, use a little red pigment to stamp a red mark on the dough;

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the dough into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, turning it over once during the process.
