1. Wash the long indica rice and round glutinous rice, soak them in water for half an hour, remove them and drain them for later use.

2.12 Add water to a soup pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the long-grain rice and glutinous rice from step 1 and blanch them. Drain the water.

3.21 Add water to the steamer and bring it to a boil. Put gauze on the steamer and pour the mixture from step 2 into the steamer and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes.

4. Open the lid and take out the steamed glutinous rice

5. Take a blender, put the steamed glutinous rice into the blender while it is still hot, blend until the rice grains are no longer visible, add 1 tablespoon of salad oil before taking it out

6. Take out step 5, pour it on the cooked soybean powder, and then divide it into 20g millet balls

7. Roast walnuts and pine nuts, fry white sesame seeds, mix with green silk, red silk, chopped jujube and sugar to make the filling.

8. Take a small piece of millet dough and flatten it on your palm. Wrap it with the fillings from step 7, seal it, and shape it.
