How to make rose sushi

In today’s society, with so many food ordering apps available, how many people are willing to cook their own meals? Ordering food online is convenient, but in the long run, your health will disappear. So, throw away your laziness, get into the kitchen and start practicing. Maybe you need to learn from me how to make rose sushi.

1. First, beat 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks, add appropriate amount of salt and a small amount of starch, and fry them into thin egg slices in a frying pan. Cut the thin egg slices into 20 rose sushi 15CM in size, and put pink sushi rice, salmon cubes and red ginger shreds on them as shown in the picture.

2.Roll up the egg slices with the ingredients.

3. Take another thin egg sheet and put pink sushi rice, salmon cubes and red ginger shreds on it as in step 1. Then place the sushi roll from step 2 on one end of this egg sheet.

4.Roll it up tightly again with the sushi mat.

5. Take a piece of 20cm seaweed and cut it into 15cm size. Spread a thin layer of white sushi rice on it. Cut the cucumber into small triangular strips and place 5 strips horizontally on the rice as shown in the picture. Note that there should be about 1cm of space at one end of the seaweed without rice. This is to make the joint tighter after rolling.

6. Place the sushi roll with two layers of thin egg slices rolled in step 4 on the nori rice.

7.Roll it up tightly with the sushi mat.

8. Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi into pieces about 1 cm wide, and you can see the beautiful roses inside.

9. Repeat steps 1 to 8, except replace the thin egg slices with seaweed when using them, and replace the seaweed with thin egg slices when using them. You can then make roses of a different color.

10. Place on a large round plate.

11.This is fresh chrysanthemum that can be eaten.

12. Take two flowers and place them in the center of the plate.

13. Take the remaining 100g of raw salmon.

14. Slice into thin slices and make salmon sashimi.

15.Roll into a rose shape as shown.

16. Place the prepared salmon flower sashimi in the center of the plate. The blooming flower sushi and sashimi are ready.

Rose sushi is not difficult to make, as you can see from the steps above. Now, you can go to the kitchen and try it. Only after you put in the effort will you discover how delicious this dish is.
