5. Preheat the oven to 200-210 degrees. Bake on the middle layer for 10 minutes until the surface turns golden brown. If the temperature is not high enough, turn off the lower heat and use the upper heat for another 2 minutes.

6. After cooling down, cut the two cakes into 4 roughly the same rectangular pieces.

7. Take a piece of cake, spread a layer of peanut butter on it with the front side facing up, then stack the second piece and spread peanut butter on it again, repeat this operation until the last piece of cake is stacked (a total of 4 pieces). The last piece of cake can be placed with the reverse side facing up, because the reverse side is generally smoother, so it will appear smoother after pouring chocolate on it later

8. Place the cake on the grill, with a larger bowl underneath (to facilitate the recycling of the chocolate), and a cake shovel or spatula underneath the cake (so that it can be easily moved after the chocolate is poured)

9. Grate the chocolate into fine particles, add 1 spoon of refined oil and melt it into liquid in a water bath (try not to exceed 55 degrees)

10. After it cools down slightly (still in liquid form), pour it evenly on the cake (you can smooth it out with a spatula), put the remaining chocolate into a plastic bag (or a plastic piping bag), cut a small hole, and draw cross-shaped strips on the poured cake (you can also use white chocolate to draw lines here)

11. After the cake has cooled, carefully move it onto a piece of baking paper, remove the edges around it, and then cut it into small pieces as you like.
