1. Vegetables with sugar content below 4% include the following vegetables:

Chinese cabbage, Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, leek, eggplant, cabbage, asparagus, tomato, kohlrabi, kale, lettuce, romaine lettuce, winter melon, lettuce leaves, mung bean sprouts, zucchini, cucumber, fennel, chicken feather vegetable, snow vegetable, celery, bitter melon, melon, Swiss chard, rapeseed, and loofah.

2. Vegetables with a sugar content of 5-7%: lentils, cowpeas, onions, green peppers, bamboo shoots, leek moss, shallots, purple radish, pointed peppers, wild rice stems, garlic sprouts, green radish, long peppers, hairy bamboo shoots, coriander, onions, bean sprouts, toon, sword beans, and carrots.

3. The sugar content of fruits and vegetables is listed as follows:

1%: Pumpkin and seaweed lettuce

2%: Chinese cabbage, rapeseed, spinach, celery, green leek, garlic sprouts, bamboo shoots, cucumbers and tomatoes, zucchini, winter melon, fennel, and Chinese cabbage.

3%: Chinese cabbage, yellow chives, fresh snow cabbage, eggplant, small red radish, squash, gourd, fresh mushrooms, pea sprouts, pickled cabbage, and tatsoi

4%: cabbage, leek, mung bean sprouts, beans, watermelon, melon, cauliflower, lentil pods, wild rice stem, spring bamboo shoots, rapeseed, water spinach, and stinky tofu. 5%: loofah, shallot, cauliflower, green pepper, green garlic, tofu with green plum sauce and chives.

6%: white radish, green radish, green onion, chives, winter bamboo shoots, plum, peach, loquat, dried tofu, bean sprouts

7%: Chinese toon, coriander, edamame, yellow peaches, and yellow carrots.

8%: Ginger, onion, red carrot, cherry and lemon

9%: Orange, pineapple, plum, lotus pod, mustard tuber and garlic sprouts

10%: Grapes, apricots

11%: Persimmon, Sand Apple

12%: pears, oranges, peas, olives

13%: grapefruit, apple

14%: Lychee and Yam

15%: Apple

16%: Potatoes

22%: Red Fruit

85%: Vermicelli
