What dish is good to stew with braised pork

I believe everyone has eaten braised pork in life, and we all know that braised pork is soft and glutinous, and can be paired with many ingredients. The most common ones are potatoes, beans, and tofu. These combinations are relatively good, very economical, and beneficial to the body's absorption. 1Wash the pork and cut into small pieces. Chop onion, ginger and garlic.

2Put oil in a pot, add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3 Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and vinegar and stir-fry evenly.

4 Add enough water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

5 Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put into the pot.

6 Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

7 Add salt and MSG to season.

8 Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.

Braised pork with beans

The beans you can choose for stewing braised pork depend on your taste. If you like a smooth texture, use oil beans. If you like more beans, you can use golden beans. If you like fewer beans, you can use king beans like I do. This kind of beans will still be smooth, crispy and chewy after stewing, and it is not as easy to absorb the flavor as other beans.

Ingredients

Main ingredients: pork belly 300g, auxiliary ingredients: bean king 700g, soy sauce 10g, sugar 10g, 2 big spices, oil 50ml, salt 5g

1. Remove the ends and tendons of the beans and divide them into two or three sections.

2.Cut the pork belly into small pieces, blanch and remove the blood foam. Add sugar and soy sauce to the pot and dissolve them. Add the blanched meat and ginger slices and stir-fry until the sugar color comes out.

3. Add appropriate amount of water and stew the meat until the sauce is half absorbed, then serve and set aside.

4. Pour vegetable oil into a clean pot and stir-fry the beans for a while.

5. Pour in the braised pork and add water and simmer for about half an hour.

6. Add salt and stir well before serving.

Tips

Fry the braised pork first, then serve it out. Putting it back into the pot to stew again will make it more fragrant and the flavor of the meat will be richer.
