Tear the cabbage into pieces by hand and blanch it lightly in a pot of boiling water. 2. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft. 3. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water and cut into strips. 4. Cut the tofu into small pieces and cook in boiling water. 5. Slice the roast meat. 6. Shred the kelp. 7. Chop the green onion, dried chili, coriander, ginger and garlic. Start loading the pot: 1. Bring the broth to a boil, add soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, and MSG, then pour into the hot pot. 4.
