3: Add broth, ginger and onion, then pig's trotters and five-spice powder into the pot and cook until cooked. [Ordinary five-spice powder will taste much worse! I use the one I grind myself, which contains some traditional Chinese medicine in addition to the usual spices.]

4: At this time, take out the pig's trotters and put them in the prepared cold boiled water and soak them for a while.

5: At this time, fry the peanuts, chop the green onions, coriander, and celery and set aside

6. Take out the pig's trotters, add the marinated peppers [with the soup], chicken powder, white pepper powder, pepper powder, chili oil, peanuts, green onions, and coriander, marinate for a while, and finally sprinkle with celery.
