1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Add 250g 121 high flour to the refrigerated soup, baking powder, sugar and salt and knead into a smooth dough. I used the bread machine's kneading function, which took me half an hour in total.

3.21285 grams of milk and 15 grams of high flour, mix well and microwave on high heat for 1 minute. Take it out and stir it 3 times. When there are obvious scratches on the surface, it is ready. Then refrigerate for more than ten hours.

4. Add butter and knead into dough. Continue kneading function of the bread machine for 30 minutes.

5. I was a little worried and fell for a few minutes.

6. This is the result, I feel completely relieved!

7. After the dough has risen, divide it into small pieces of similar size.

8. Take one of them and stretch it into a long strip.

9. Wrap the hot dog in a circle, heat the oven at the highest temperature for a few dozen seconds, and then put the hot dog roll in for secondary fermentation.

10. Brush the hot dog rolls that have been fermented twice with a layer of egg liquid, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees, middle layer, for 25 minutes.
