Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cake Recipe

6.2 Add melted butter and stir evenly (there will be some defoaming, which can be seen from the volume of the paste in the bowl, it’s okay)

7. Take it out after baking, let it cool, remove from the mold, and let it cool for later use (the black side is because I sprayed the mold with oil and sprinkled cocoa powder, and I was in a hurry and sprinkled it in clumps and it was very uneven, sweat)

8. Use a toothed blade to remove the raised part of the top of the cooled cake (this raised part does not need to be made into the cake, you can eat it while decorating the cake to satisfy your craving, haha, this is what I did)

9. Cut the cake into two slices (or three slices if you like)

10. Prepare the cream: put sour cream, thickened cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract together, mix, and whip. (Neither thickened cream nor sour cream are liquids, so the volume change in this step is not too obvious. If you use pure cream, just whip it until it is no longer liquid and can be used for decorating. Am I being too wordy to explain this again?)

11. Spread butter on the bottom layer of cake, add small strawberry pieces, and then spread butter on top.

12. Place another cake slice on top, spread with cream, and decorate with strawberries.
