How to make orange-scented spindle buns

Eating out may seem to save you trouble on the surface, but from a health perspective, it is a very bad habit. Caring for your physical and mental health starts with your diet. So follow me to learn how to make orange-scented spindle buns.

1.1 Put all ingredients except butter together, knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator to let rise for half an hour. This will make it easier to operate later.

2.2 Use a grater to grind off the yellow part of the orange peel, leaving the white part alone. The picture shows the orange and the grater after the peel is grated.

3. Knead until the dough is elastic and has a smooth surface, add butter and knead until it reaches the expansion stage. The film can be torn off but is easily broken.

4. Put the dough into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place for basic fermentation. Dip your hand in high flour and poke a small hole without shrinking or collapsing. The basic fermentation is completed. Take out the dough, press lightly to release the air, divide it into 60 grams each, roll it into a ball and relax for 15 minutes.

5. Roll the relaxed dough into an oval shape, turn it over and thin the bottom edge, then roll it from top to bottom into an olive shape. Arrange on a baking tray and place in a warm and humid place for final fermentation. When the fermentation is finished, brush the surface with egg liquid, cut it in the middle with a sharp knife, squeeze a piece of softened butter into the opening (you can also cut a piece of butter with a knife), and sprinkle fine sugar on the opening.

6. Preheat the oven to 180°C, middle layer, upper and lower heat, for 15 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, you can leave it on the baking tray or place it on the baking rack to cool.

At this point, you must have your own opinion on how to make orange-scented spindle buns. So start now, I believe you can make the most delicious food.
