How to make orange-scented spindle buns

When the fermentation is finished, brush the surface with egg liquid, cut it in the middle with a sharp knife, squeeze a piece of softened butter into the opening (you can also cut a piece of butter with a knife), and sprinkle fine sugar on the opening.

6. Preheat the oven to 180°C, middle layer, upper and lower heat, for 15 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, you can leave it on the baking tray or place it on the baking rack to cool.
