How to make Christmas cake

If you want to eat delicious food, good cooking skills are of course indispensable. Today I will introduce the method of making Christmas cake for friends who like cooking!

1. Put the egg whites into a clean, water-free and oil-free container, add sugar and vinegar and beat until stiff peaks (I put the sugar in all at once).

2.12 Beat the egg yolks, sugar, corn oil and milk until the oil and water are mixed and the color turns slightly white.

3.21 Pour in the sifted low flour and stir with a rubber spatula until there are no particles.

4. Take 1/3 of the egg whites and mix well with the egg yolk paste.

5. Pour in the remaining 2/3 of the egg white paste and stir quickly to mix evenly. (Remember not to stir in circles, but to stir by turning and cutting)

6.12 Pour into a 10-inch mold and shake it vigorously a few times to remove large bubbles.

7.21 Put it into the preheated 320F/160C oven and bake for 60 minutes. (The temperature of each oven is different, so the time should be adjusted as needed), take it out, turn it upside down and let it cool, then you can demould it.

8. Look at the cake, it’s very tall.

9. Use a bread knife to cut the cake into 2 slices.

10.1 Take a piece of cake, spread a thin layer of cream on it, and sprinkle with diced strawberries and dragon fruit.

11.2 Add sugar to the cream and beat until it is 90% done. It has obvious lines but can still flow slowly.

12. Place another cake slice on top and pour cream on it.

13. Use a spatula to smooth it out as much as possible. (I still haven't improved.) Use two large kitchen knives to transfer the cake to a cake board.

14. Add 2 drops of pink food coloring to the remaining butter and beat until stiff.

15. Put it into a piping bag, squeeze some patterns on the cake, and put some fruit decorations on it.

16. I forgot to leave some white cream to make Santa Claus, so I had to use pink.

The method of making the delicious Christmas cake that I’m introducing today is actually not difficult. As long as you try it carefully, you can definitely achieve the effect you want and enjoy delicious food!
