1. Mix the invert sugar syrup, salad oil and soap water evenly, sift the low-gluten flour and pour in.

4. Wrap the filling into the dough and roll it into a ball.

7. Preheat the oven to 180℃ for 5 minutes and spray water on the surface of the mooncakes.

8. Take out after baking for 5 minutes and brush with egg yolk water, which is made by beating the egg yolk and adding a small amount of water.

9. Continue baking for 5 minutes and remove from oven.
