How to make homemade spicy hot pot

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the broccoli into small florets, cut the dried tofu into long strips, remove the roots of the bean sprouts, slice the carrots, cut the enoki mushrooms into small florets, beat the kelp into knots, slice the green onions, ginger and garlic, cut the dried chili and coriander into sections, peel the peanuts, and mix all the seasonings such as oyster sauce and soy sauce together for later use.

2. Boil hot water in a pot and add the ingredients in order of ease of cooking. Do not put all the ingredients in at once.
