9. Take a small portion of the batter, add a drop of red pigment, mix well, put it into the piping bag, and cut a small hole at the tip.

10. Draw diagonal lines on a baking tray lined with baking paper, put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 1.5 minutes and take it out

11. Pour the original batter into the baking pan with baked lines and smooth the surface of the cake batter with a spatula.

12. Pick up the baking tray, tap the bottom with your other hand to remove the large bubbles, put it in the preheated oven at 170°, turn on the upper and lower fire, and bake for about 15 minutes

13. Immediately turn the baked cake slices upside down on the drying rack to prevent shrinkage. Tear off the wax paper while it is still hot and cover it back to prevent cracks when rolling.

14. When the cake is cool and no longer hot, place a clean piece of wax paper on it and turn it upside down. Cut off the four sides of the cake and make shallow cuts on the cake slices at 2 cm intervals. Use a brush to apply jam on the cake.
