How to make pork belly lotus seed soup

Method 1

Prepare pork stomach, white lotus, dried scallops, wolfberry and codonopsis. Heat water in a casserole. Stuff lotus seeds into the pork stomach and stew it in the pot. Add dried scallops, wolfberry and codonopsis. Stir occasionally so that they are cooked thoroughly. Finally, add salt to season and serve. Wash the pig's stomach with clean water several times, then put it into a pot with boiling water, turn it over frequently, take out the pig's stomach before the water boils, and then remove the dirt on both sides of the pig's stomach.

Method 2

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the pig's stomach again with cooking wine and white vinegar, rinse it, cut it into shreds, wash the lotus seeds, and add the shredded pig's stomach, lotus seeds, ginger slices and cooking wine to the pot. Add enough water to cover the pig's stomach, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for one hour. After turning off the heat, simmer for another two minutes, then lift the lid and add a small amount of white pepper and a pinch of salt to season. Serve in a bowl and add appropriate amount of coriander.

Method 3

Put coarse salt on the pig's stomach and rub it to create the juice, repeat several times, then wash it and set aside. Wash the lotus seeds and set aside. Put the prepared ingredients into a clay pot, add water to soak the pork stomach, simmer for 3-4 hours, and take out. Slice the cooked pork belly, add seasoning (such as oil, salt, etc.) and drink the soup.

Method 4

Lotus seeds, pork tripe. Cut pork belly into strips. Add pork belly into boiling water and cook for five minutes. Cook until the soup turns white. Take out the pork stomach, rinse with cold water and place on a plate. Put appropriate amount of water in the pressure cooker, and add pig stomach and lotus seeds. After the pressure cooker starts to steam, turn to medium heat and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes. After the air has cooled, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to season.
