How to make royal cookies

For example, the method of making royal cookies is very simple.

1. Prepare the ingredients, weigh the required ingredients, and soften the butter in advance.

2. Beat the butter with an electric whisk.

3. Add granulated sugar, powdered sugar, salt and vanilla extract to the beaten butter.

4. Continue beating with a whisk until it becomes fluffy and white.

5. Add the whipped cream in two batches.

6. Each time you add the whipped cream, use a whisk to beat the cream and butter until they are blended together before adding the next amount of whipped cream.

7. Mix the milk powder and low-gluten flour evenly and sift into the butter.

8. Mix well until there is no dry flour left.

9. Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper and put the flour paste into a piping bag with an eight-tooth piping nozzle. (I use the Sanneng medium eight-tooth mouthpiece)

10. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and squeeze out round cookies in a clockwise direction on the baking tray.

11. Place the cake in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. (The temperature and time depend on the temper of your own oven)

12. Pay attention to the color of the cookies during the last five minutes of baking, and remove from the oven when the surface turns golden brown.

13. After taking out of the oven, move the cookies to the baking rack to cool.
