During the steaming process, I found that the surface of the glutinous rice was particularly prone to becoming dry and hard, so I added water twice to the surface of the glutinous rice to keep the surface moist.

4. 15 shiitake mushrooms, cut into dices.

13. Then add glutinous rice and stir-fry.

14. Add salt, MSG and sugar (adding sugar is to enhance the flavor, which is important).

15. The fragrant glutinous rice, chicken and mushroom rice is ready. In fact, it’s already delicious at this point.

19. Note: when steaming the dumplings, put some oil under the dumplings so that they do not stick to the pan.
