Appetite-stimulating and digestive soup

In daily life, many people have problems with loss of appetite or indigestion due to various reasons. This type of problem has a great impact on human health. However, if such a problem exists, it can be improved by eating some foods that can stimulate the appetite and help digestion. Below, I will introduce to you several soup recipes that have the effect of stimulating appetite and digesting food.

1. Radish Soup

Ingredients: 1 pork stomach, 200 grams of chicken thigh, 350 grams of radish, 100 grams of sauerkraut, 50 grams of carrots, and appropriate amounts of radish leaves, shredded green onions, minced ginger, peppercorns, refined salt, and fresh soup.

Method: Wash the pig stomach with salt water, remove the mucus, rinse it again, cut it into small pieces, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, and then take it out.

Dice the carrots and chicken, chop the radish leaves, and blanch all three in boiling water; wash the sauerkraut, drain it, and cut it into shreds.

Pour the pork tripe, chicken, minced ginger, chopped green onion, peppercorns and fresh soup into the pot and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Then add sauerkraut and salt and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Finally, add the chopped radish leaves.

2. Spleen-strengthening and appetite-stimulating soup

Ingredients: one corn and one carrot (for 2-3 persons), 150-200g fresh yam (20-30g dried yam), 100g lean pork, 1 pork tongue, 2 slices of ginger.

Method: Peel the corn and carrot, wash and cut into small pieces; peel the yam, cut into small pieces and soak in clean water to prevent it from turning black; remove the white fat from the pork tongue, cut into small pieces, put in clean water and squeeze out the blood, repeat several times until there is no blood. Then blanch it in boiling water until foam comes out, remove from hot pan and fry on low heat until water is dry for later use; cut the lean pork into pieces, blanch it in boiling water until foam comes out, remove from heat and set aside; put appropriate amount of water and ginger slices in a clay pot and bring to a boil, then put all the above ingredients except yam into the clay pot, boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 1 hour, then add yam and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt to taste when drinking.

3. Malt and Chinese yam tripe soup

Ingredients: 100 grams of raw malt, 50 grams of yam, codonopsis, and poria, 6 grams each of star anise and tangerine peel, 500 grams of beef tripe, 4 red dates, and 2-3 slices of ginger.

Preparation method: Wash malt, yam, codonopsis, poria, tangerine peel, star anise, and remove the core of red dates, and soak them for a while; soak, wash, and cut the beef tripe into pieces, then put it into a clay pot together with ginger, add 3000 ml of water (about 12 bowls of water), boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 3 hours, add appropriate amount of salt and a little cooking oil. This amount is enough for 3-4 people.
