8.1 Close the top of the bun and place it face down. Use a fork to make a mark on the surface of the bun to form a three-leaf pinwheel shape. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

9.2 Use your hands to shape it into round pieces, wrap the fillings in it and seal it.

10. Put the buns on the baking tray, let them rest for 20 minutes, brush them with egg liquid, and put them in the oven to bake. Put a tray of water under the baking tray in the oven, with about one cup of water. 300F for about 20 minutes (this is just the temperature of my oven, you can adjust it according to the conditions of your own oven).

11. About potatoes: 1. Use one large potato, which is basically enough for making stuffing and dough. 2. Dice the potatoes, microwave them for about 10-15 minutes, and mash them with a spoon to meet the needs of making dough and stuffing.

12. Preparation of filling: Add mashed potatoes to the red bean paste bowl, put it into a small non-stick pan, turn on the heat, pour in brown sugar (about three tablespoons) and butter, stir with a wooden spatula to melt the butter, and continue stirring to mix the red bean paste and mashed potatoes.

13. Then divide it into 6 equal parts.
