Egg Mushroom Soup

Because mushrooms are fresh, there is no need for too many seasonings. The steps are as follows:

1. Wash and slice the mushrooms

2. Beat the eggs and add a little salt

3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, stir-fry the mushroom slices for 30 seconds, then add cold water.

4. After the water boils, put in the eggs. After it boils again, add salt to season. Note: no need to add MSG, it is already very fresh. Give it a try :)

Goose Blood Mushroom Soup

Main ingredients: 200 grams of goose blood, 100 grams of mushrooms.

Preparation method: Cut the solidified goose blood into small pieces, cut the mushrooms into strips after they are soaked in water, pour in vegetable oil into a pan and stir-fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, then pour in the goose blood cubes, stir-fry over high heat until cooked through, season and serve.

Medicinal value: Mainly used to treat gastric cancer of Qi, blood and phlegm obstruction type: a hard, fixed lump in the epigastric area, occasional pain, vomitus like red bean juice, sometimes black stools like tar, emaciation, pale complexion, mental fatigue, purple and red tongue, and a thin and wiry pulse.

Pork Ribs and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients: 500 grams of large ribs, 100 grams of fresh mushroom soup, 100 grams of tomatoes, 15 grams of Shaoxing wine, 5 grams of fine salt, and 3 grams of MSG.

Method: 1. Loosen each piece of ribs with the back of a knife, knock out the bone marrow, add cooking wine and salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Add boiling water to a container, put in the pork ribs, skim off the foam, add wine, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then on high heat for 8 minutes, add MSG for seasoning and tomato cubes, and bring to a boil.
