1. Blanch the tomatoes, peel them and dice them. Wash and dice the onions. Wash other ingredients, dice green and colored peppers, slice ham, and prepare corn kernels.

2. Turn on the heat and put 10 grams of olive oil in the pot. After a while, add onions, melt the butter, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian mixed spices, black pepper, 3 grams of salt, add a small amount of water and boil, stirring from time to time, for about five minutes. Add 5 grams of sugar until the sauce becomes sticky and has less water, then turn off the heat. If it tastes sour, add more sugar.

3. Mix 200 grams of high-gluten flour, 10 grams of sugar, 2 grams of salt, 20 grams of olive oil, 4 grams of dry yeast, and 100 grams of water, knead into a smooth dough, and place it in a warm and humid place to ferment. I prepared a steamer filled with warm water at about 40 degrees. The steamer was turned off. I put the noodles on the steamer and covered it with a lid to ferment.

4. After one hour, the dough will have risen to twice its original size and a honeycomb structure can be seen when you pull it apart.

5. Take out the fermented dough and knead it to release the air. Prepare a pizza pan, cover it with tin foil, apply a layer of olive oil, grab a piece of dough, apply a small amount of olive oil on your hands, press it into a cake shape with your hands, making it slightly thicker on the edges and evenly thick in the middle. You can also use a rolling pin. Use a fork to poke holes evenly on the dough to prevent it from expanding too much during baking.

6. Beat the eggs with a mixer and mix them evenly. Use a brush to brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the cake embryo.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the pizza dough into the middle layer of the oven and heat it for five minutes, then take it out. Spread the prepared pizza sauce, sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese, and then top with ham, corn kernels, bell peppers and green peppers.

8. Place it in the middle layer of the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

9. Take it out and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.

10. Put it back into the oven and bake for about 5 minutes until all the cheese is melted, then take out the baking tray.

11. Let it cool for 2 minutes until the tin foil is no longer hot, tear off the tin foil, cut and place on a plate. Haha, some people can’t wait any longer, let’s start eating!

To make this dish, you don’t need to control the heat or have profound cooking skills. It only takes less than half an hour to enjoy the delicious food.
