How to make glutinous rice red bean paste sunflower cake

Many people may want to cook at home, but they are forced to give up after seeing those complicated cooking methods. In fact, the method of making glutinous rice, red bean paste and sunflower cake is simple. We don’t need to prepare too many ingredients and the production steps are relatively few. The key is that it is still a delicious and nutritious dish.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients: eggs, glutinous rice flour, red bean paste, coconut flakes, sugar, and custard powder fermentation stabilizer! Put equal amounts of butter, glutinous rice flour, sugar, eggs and custard powder into three bowls of different colors!

2. Boil the flour in boiling water, stir while adding the boiling water, and quickly mix the noodles. This is purple potato flour. Some is added to the glutinous rice noodles. You can put it or not.

3. This is barley grass powder. Add it into boiling water and blanch it. Then quickly knead the noodles with chopsticks! Don't burn your hands.

7. Divide the dough into balls of appropriate size. Finish it quickly, otherwise the dough will dry out and crack, because glutinous rice flour will become brittle when cooked! If you are not fast, you can put it in a plastic bag and take it out as you make it!

8. Then roll the dough and fill it with red bean paste.

9. Put the green one at the bottom and the yellow one on the top to make a sunflower shape. Use a knife to draw horizontal and vertical marks on the dough. Don't use too much force, or the filling will be exposed if you cut through the dough. Haha.

14. Pour oil into the pan, heat the oil, and then put the food in the pan. Make sure it is hot. Hot oil will easily set its shape, so put it in and don’t move it! Move after finalization

15. After 3 minutes, use hot oil to keep pouring oil on the pancakes. Do not turn them over. When the color turns golden yellow, it is time to serve over low heat.
