14. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens, 20 minutes later. When the soup in the pot becomes thick, add the flour, turn on low heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes before turning off the heat.

15. Sprinkle with garlic sprouts or coriander before serving.

16. When you have finished eating half of the big pot of meat, it is time to make the white noodles. Put water in a pot, cut the noodles into wide strips, flatten them and stretch them at both ends.

17. Put the pot in the water and boil it twice.

18. Take out and mix directly into the broth. Mix well.
