1. First add baking powder and water to the flour and let it ferment for 40 minutes.

2. While the flour is fermenting, let’s make the filling. Add some olive oil and salt to the shredded chicken, carrots and green peppers and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. After cooling, refrigerate.

3. Add the jelly left over from roasting meat or chicken to the shredded vegetables and mix them together. If it is easy to melt at room temperature, you can put it in the freezer and freeze it for a while, but don't freeze it into ice cubes, just solidify it.

4. The dough is fermented. First, divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls.

5. Take a small piece of dough and flatten it. Top with filling.

6. Wrap everything up, and make sure you wrap it tightly, otherwise the juice will flow out when frying, and that will be considered a failure, haha!

7. After wrapping, flatten it slightly. Then pour olive oil into the pan and start frying. Sprinkle some sesame seeds to make it more fragrant. Fry over medium heat first, then low heat.

8. It’s almost done when both sides are golden brown.
