1. Pickle the cleaned fish to remove the fishy smell and add flavor

2.Put it on tin foil and add vegetables

3. Add seasonings. If you like spicy flavors, you can add as much as you want.

4. Wrap the tin foil tightly and fold the edges in half to avoid heat loss due to the steam inside.

5. Turn on the electric frying pan and preheat it. Add the fish packet. You can use a frying pan or electric baking pan without a lid

6. After ten minutes, when you see the fish bulge, the fish is cooked.

7. Use the tip of a long knife to cut open the fish bag, and be careful not to get burned by the steam.

8. The vegetables are green and the fish is very tender. It is not as watery as steamed ones, nor as dry as baked ones.

9. Taste it and if it is not salty enough, you can season it with light soy sauce. The fish is ready
