How to make rural chicken rice stew

What does it mean to cook healthy food? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the recipe of garden chicken rice.

1. Soak the red beans in water overnight (you can skip this step if you don’t like red beans). Soak glutinous rice in water 4 hours in advance. Then add the soaked red beans and glutinous rice to the rice, wash and drain.

2. Chop the chicken legs into suitable sizes, add salt, cooking wine and white pepper and marinate for half an hour

3. Chop the green onion, shred the ginger, dice the beans, cut the potatoes into small pieces, thaw the frozen diced vegetables, soak the mushrooms in water and cut them into strips (keep the water for later use). Wash the spinach leaves and drain. If you don’t have spinach leaves, you can choose other easy-to-cook green leaves.

4. Add oil to the pan (I used olive oil this time, which is less greasy), heat it to 60% hot, then add chopped scallion and ginger and stir-fry. Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. Continue heating the pan. Add chicken pieces over high heat and stir fry evenly

5. After the chicken pieces turn white, add potatoes and diced beans, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, and stir-fry evenly.

6. Pour the washed rice into the pot and stir-fry over medium-low heat for a while. Pour in the water used to soak the mushrooms, then add the broth (water is also fine), add a little at a time until the water covers the ingredients, bring to a boil over medium heat, add the thawed diced vegetables, and finally add salt according to your taste

7. Pour the whole pot of ingredients into the rice cooker and press the cooking button. After about 20-25 minutes, when the rice cooker trips, place spinach leaves on the rice, cover with lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Finish

Seeing this, don’t be scared by the recipe of the pastoral chicken risotto introduced above. Although the process is a bit longer, it is very coherent when actually done. So just do it while it is still fresh in your memory.
