What's delicious when fried kelp

Kelp can be regarded as the most common seafood in our lives. Kelp usually appears on the dinner table in the form of soup, such as kelp pork ribs soup, kelp clear soup, and pig's trotter kelp soup. However, in addition to making soup, fried kelp also tastes good. It can be used as a side dish with shredded pork, or as a main dish with bean sprouts. Of course, if you are not used to other flavors, you can just add some onions, ginger and garlic to stir-fry the kelp.

(1) Kelp and shredded pork can be stir-fried . Wash the pork, cut it into shreds, add starch and mix well, then add appropriate amount of oil and mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Put the shredded kelp into the pot and cook until done, then remove and let cool. Wash the carrots and cut them into shreds. Heat up a pan with oil, add the scallions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add the kelp and carrots into the pan and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and serve.

( 2) Kelp is a vegetable with high nutritional value and also has certain medicinal value. Contains rich iodine and other mineral elements. Kelp is low in calories, medium in protein, and rich in minerals. Studies have found that kelp has many biological functions such as lowering blood lipids, lowering blood sugar, regulating immunity, anti-coagulation, anti-tumor, lead detoxification and anti-oxidation. The leaves of kelp are wide and gradually narrow at the tip. The edges of the leaves are thin and soft, with wavy folds. The base of the leaves is a short columnar petiole connected to the holdfast. The whole body of kelp is olive brown, and after drying it turns into dark brown and black brown, with white powdery salt on it.

Stir-fried bean sprouts with kelp:

Ingredients: 300 grams of soybean sprouts, 100 grams of soaked kelp shreds, auxiliary ingredients: 40 grams of peanut oil, 2 grams of salt, 15 grams of light soy sauce, 5 garlic seeds, and 5 dried chilies.

(1) Wash the soaked kelp shreds, blanch them in hot water for one minute, remove them and drain the water

(ii) Peel and wash the garlic seeds and dice them; soak the chili peppers for 3 minutes and cut them into small pieces, discarding some of the chili pepper seeds.

(3) Heat oil in a pan, add garlic seeds and chili and sauté until fragrant

(IV) Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for a while

(V) Add kelp shreds, sprinkle with salt and stir well

(6) Pour in soy sauce and stir well, then serve.

Kelp soup.

The specific steps are as follows:

1. Wash and cut the beef and garlic, then marinate the beef with minced garlic, pepper and soy sauce.

2. Wash the dried kelp, dredge it and cut it into sections.

3. Add a little sesame oil to the pan, add the beef slices and stir-fry for a while, then add the kelp and stir-fry.

4. When the aroma comes out, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for another half an hour. Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce to taste.

Stir-fried kelp

1. Cut the fresh kelp into 10 cm lengths and wash.

2. Crush a little garlic; cut a little green onion into strips; mince a little ginger; 3 red dried peppers (add more if you like spicy food, depending on your taste). The finer the cuts, the better. Of course, chili powder can also be used.

3. Use a little bit of oil, heat it up, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili powder, and stir-fry quickly for about 10 seconds. Add some water (to prevent the pot from sticking).

4. Add salt, MSG and vinegar according to personal taste, stir-fry for 10 seconds and serve.
