2. Cut the beef brisket into pieces, blanch it and drain it for later use

7. Add soy sauce, sugar and appropriate amount of salt for seasoning, add carrots and continue to simmer for 30 minutes

8. Add the potatoes and simmer for 30 minutes until the vegetables and meat are soft. Turn the heat up to reduce the sauce to your desired consistency.
