1. Add a small amount of sugar to Angel yeast powder, dissolve it in water at about 20 degrees, and leave it for 3 to 5 minutes. Add yeast water to flour, mix well, and knead until it is no longer sticky to your hands or the bowl.

2. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and wait for it to ferment to 1.5 to 2 times its size. I put it in the oven at 20-30 degrees and put a bowl of hot water in it to ferment for 1 hour.

3. After fermentation, add some flour and knead it again to expel the air inside. Press it more to make it more resilient. Wait for 30-40 minutes for secondary fermentation. Cut into two or three pieces and roll into long strips

4. Cut the dough into small pieces of equal size, roll them into round shapes, and make them into round cakes. Stack 4 round cakes in sequence and roll them up. Use kitchen scissors to cut them in the middle to make two roses.

5. Add some soaked wolfberries and chopped them up for garnish

6. Leave it in the pot for half an hour to grow bigger before steaming. Use low heat first, then high heat for 15 minutes after steaming. Do not open the lid immediately. Remove from heat after 3-5 minutes.
